If you expressly consent to a longer storage of your data, e.g. for your inclusion in an applicant or prospect database, the data will be further processed based on your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. However, you can of course withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO by declaration to us with effect for the future.

This add-on can be installed with the most common Internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you call up our website. In doing so, the add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about the visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. If and which other web analytics services are used by us, you will of course also find out in this privacy policy.

The connection to Google established in this way enables Google to determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are to be sent.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Details on this can be found above under the item “Cookies”.
In addition, the use of Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps is subject to the Google Terms of Use(https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Terms and Conditions for Google Maps(https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps/).

Zoho Campaigns
We use Zoho Campaigns, an email marketing software of Zoho Corporation, 4141 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton, California 94588, USA, for sending newsletters and their evaluation.
During newsletter registration, your data is processed in our CRM system and then transferred to the Zoho Campaigns newsletter tool. On our behalf, Zoho Campaigns uses this information to send and statistically analyze the newsletters. For evaluation purposes, the emails sent contain web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files integrated into our HTML emails. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This data is used for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The resulting findings can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of recipients.
If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. Zoho Campaigns does not use the newsletter recipients’ data to write to them itself.
To protect your data in the U.S., Zoho Corporation and IHSE GmbH have entered into a data processing agreement (“Data Processing Agreement”) based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses to enable the transfer of your personal data to Zoho Campaigns. In addition, Zoho Campaigns is certified under the us-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus undertakes to comply with the EU data protection requirements.
